10.5" x 22” banner
ink and acrylic on canvas, brass grommets

Hold onto the good things that life has given you and let go of whatever doesn't serve you. Hold on tight to what matters; eke out every last drop of enjoyment, joy, happiness and opportunity, but be ready to loosen your grip and let whatever is left behind slip through your fingers. If you weren't meant to hold onto it anyways, it will find a way to slip out of your grasp, so be ready to just let it go.

This banner is part of the Letting go series and features the Crushing hand that is available in a print in yellow here and blue here.

More info about this product:

This banner is made of 10oz cotton canvas and features brass grommets with-hand-dyed cotton rope for hanging. The banners are made out of off-cuts of canvas that were left over from large paintings, and all vary slightly in size.  The frayed edges will not continue to fray unless they are prompted by pulling strings. This banner is easy to ship because it rolls up into a compact size. If you purchase this banner you will be contacted by the artist for more information about pick-up options in downtown Hamilton, Ontario, or delivery/shipping information. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any shipping charges and/or for picking up the painting, but the artist will facilitate the process by obtaining quotes, packaging the product safely, and bringing it to a shipping centre at no extra cost. Please note that this banner is not ideal for hanging in a wet space or outdoors where there is a lot of humidity as the ink may continue to run. Reach out to the artist directly through the Contact page for any inquiries regarding this piece.

*This is an original painting by Tania LaCaria, there is only one in the world.
