This painting is about enjoying the process, revelling in the journey instead of focusing on the outcome. It's so easy to get wrapped up in the goal that we lose sight of the process. But the funny thing is, the process is the only real moment in time we get to experience. The NOW. And to put our minds ahead to the point of reaching a "goal" means that we're missing out on what life has to offer in this moment.
So don't give up on your goal to climb that mountain, I sure won't. But I do strive to savour every step, learn from every stumble and continue to move forward, no matter what.
